Mortgage lenders will usually ask for the last three months of full PDF bank statements. HSBC allows you to download official PDFs via both online banking and the HSBC Mobile App.
Follow the steps below to get your statements in the correct lender-approved format.
1. Log In: Visit HSBC Online Banking and sign in securely.
2. Select Your Account: From your dashboard, choose the account you require statements for.
3. Go to Statements: Click on‘Statements’ in the account menu.
4. Choose a Statement: Pick the month and year required by your lender.
5. Download PDF: Select ‘Download’ and save the file.
1. Open the App: Launch the HSBC Mobile Banking App and log in.
2. Select an Account: Tap the account you want to access and select '...View more' under your account balance.
3. View Statements: Tap ‘View statements’ from the next screen.
4. Set Date Range: Choose the month and year of the statement you require.
5. Download Statement: Click on the download icon in the top right hand corner and choose your preferred method to save or share.
