Banks may ask for up to three months of official bank statements from all your current accounts. These must be downloaded PDFs — not screenshots — from your online or mobile banking.
Follow the instructions below to get your NatWest statements in the correct format.
1. Log In: Visit NatWest Online Banking and sign into your account.
2. Go to Statements: Choose ‘Statements & transactions’ from the main menu, then select ‘Statements’ from the ‘Your statements’ area.
3. Select the Statement: Pick your chosen account and the year you need. Use the dropdown to switch accounts or years.
4. Download as PDF: Click the statement cycle link to download a full official PDF (browser settings will determine save location).
5. Save or Print: Open the PDF to save or print a paper copy if needed.
1. Log In: Open the NatWest app and sign in.
2. View Statements: Choose your account, then tap ‘Statements’ from the menu.
3. Export as PDF: Select the statement to view, tap the export/share icon in the top-right corner, then choose your preferred method (save, share, AirDrop etc.).
THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.
IMPORTANT: With investments, your capital is at risk. Pensions and investments can go down in value as well as up, so you could get back less than you invest.
